Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Production and Project Engineer leads company projects from scope definition through commissioning. This position manages timelines, budgets, safety standards, project objectives, and expected advantages. Work includes business needs assessment, project specifications, return-on-investment analysis, risk mitigation, and coordination with internal teams, suppliers, external engineering firms, and U.S.-based corporate engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, requirements, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Assess feasibility and prepare return-on-investment analyses
- Monitor schedules,



budgets, safety standards, and objectives
- Manage capital and operating expenditures with accountability
- Coordinate external partners and corporate engineering collaboration

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- At least five years in manufacturing environments
- Proven engineering and project management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Bilingual French and English, spoken and written
