This Underwriter I, Personal Lines position supports a growing team and works closely with brokers and internal business partners. You will assess risks, balance customer experience with profitable growth, and make decisions within authority, guidelines, and applicable regulations. The role values curiosity, relationship building, technical development, and explicit communication across service channels.
