Represent Kipling’s residential property in Burlington or Cambridge through resident relations, professional leasing, and clear communication. This full-time position includes weekends and evenings as needed.

The Leasing Specialist serves as the building’s frontline representative for residents, visitors, and applicants. You will handle inquiries, encourage viewings, conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and negotiate leases. The work also includes maintaining accurate records, coordinating move-ins, monitoring deficiencies, and supporting a strong sense of community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome residents and visitors and direct incoming calls
- Encourage appointments from phone, online, email, and walk-in inquiries
- Follow up with prospective residents and secure lease commitments




- Coordinate open houses and promote referral programs
- Assemble move-in packages and coordinate elevator reservations

Requirements:

- Service-oriented approach with strong interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented problem solving using facts and sound reasoning
