As Maintenance Personnel, you will help keep residences and equipment in positive working order. Responsibilities span preventative schedules, minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, decorating, landscaping, and malfunction investigations. The position also requires tenant interaction, confidentiality, on-call readiness, and preparation of units for occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules
