U-Haul seeks a Customer Service Representative to support customers inside and outside the center. You will answer questions, explain products and services, manage rentals, and maintain equipment. On-the-job education includes U-Haul University and certifications for propane filling and forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
- Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Move, hook up, clean, and inspect trucks and trailers
- Prepare invoices and accept returned rental equipment
- Install hitches and trailer wiring

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license with a positive driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
- Ability to work around moving parts, fumes, and chemicals
- Legal authorization to work without employer sponsorship
