This Project Manager / Estimator supports an established contractor’s service division. The work combines estimates, change-order pricing, contract review, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and labour planning. Coordinate field teams and internal departments while managing project progress, changes, deficiencies, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Prepare estimates and submit competitive tenders
- Review contracts and identify project risks
- Manage budgets, billing, procurement, scheduling, and labour




- Coordinate protected, timely, on-budget project delivery

Requirements:

- Electrical trade certification, engineering degree, or related study
- At least two years’ electrical project management or estimating experience
- Experience pricing project changes and preparing estimates
- Commercial electrical service experience is advantageous
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and Teams
