This fixed-term position supports Indigo’s Retail Operations and customer-focused store experience. You will engage shoppers, curate product collections, and connect customers with books, lifestyle products, promotions, and programs. Retail experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support store operations before or after closing
- Replenish stock, shelve products, and process merchandise
- Create visually appealing displays using merchandising standards
- Engage customers and curate relevant product collections
- Respond to customer feedback and share improvement ideas

Requirements:

- Adaptability and willingness to learn store operations
- Commitment to exceptional customer and employee experiences
- Ability to stand and move on sales floors
- Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds safely
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and mornings
