6–8 years of experience in RPA development with minimum 4+ years in UiPath.
Expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Workflow Analyzer.
Solid understanding of Selectors, Orchestrator Queues, Triggers, Assets, and exception handling.
Hands on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML, SQL, and VB/C#.
Experience integrating UiPath with OCR engines (ABBYY, Document Understanding, or similar).
Understanding of Power Automate and Workfusion is an advantage.
Familiarity with version control tools (Git / Azure DevOps).
Knowledge of infrastructure components: bots, robots, virtual machines, attended/unattended setups
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred :
UiPath Certifications (UiARD, UiRPA, or Advanced Developer Certification).
Experience in BFSI, healthcare, retail, or large enterprise environments.
Exposure to AI/ML-based automation, Process Mining, and Task Mining tools.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
