You will coordinate production with creators, designers, video editors, and social marketing colleagues. The work supports UGC, video, and static advertising content for Bushbalm’s skincare brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Research trends, competitor ads, formats, and customer insights
Draft hooks, scripts, briefs, and advertising concepts
Source creators and track outreach, shipments, and deliverables
Organize feedback, assets, timelines, and revision trackers
Capture footage,



record voiceovers, and prepare final assets

Requirements:
Approximately one to two years advertising or content experience
Portfolio showing writing, short-form content, and social understanding
Robust hooks, natural scripts, and transparent brief-writing skills
Comfort filming smartphone content and recording voiceovers
Experience with CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools
