Key Responsibilities:
Work on significant civil and commercial litigation matters
Participate in class actions and construction litigation matters
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis
Draft pleadings, memoranda, opinions, and legal documents




Represent clients before courts with partners’ supervision

Requirements:
Member in valuable standing of the Québec Bar
One to five years of litigation experience
Solid interest in commercial litigation, class actions, and construction law
Fully bilingual in written and spoken French and English
Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills
