The Guest Experience Ambassador represents Glenhill Hotel as its visible, composed host. This hands-on position combines guest-facing service with operational awareness, including reservations, arrivals, service recovery, and suite readiness. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Residential Concierge, and Catering & Events teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Anticipate guest needs, preferences, routines, and individual expectations
Handle inquiries and service recovery with confidence and empathy
Maintain accurate guest notes, profiles, preferences, and communications




Inspect suites and coordinate readiness issues before arrivals
Support guest stays during events with Catering & Events

Requirements:
Previous hospitality, boutique hotel, or customer-facing service experience
Robust written and verbal communication with a polished tone
Comfort using hotel PMS and digital operational systems
Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
