Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role recruits staff and professional positions from Project Coordinators through Project Directors, executives, and corporate functions. You will partner with hiring managers, HR Advisory, and business leaders while developing sustainable pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
At least five years recruiting construction staff and qualified roles
Experience recruiting project, leadership, and executive-level professionals
Ability to develop pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill positions
Robust corporate in-house recruitment and business partnership experience
Experience using SuccessFactors or similar systems and LinkedIn
