Our client is engaged in premier asset property management, acquisition, leasing, and development. Our client is seeking a hands-on leader who builds the systems, controls and team behind our numbers. You will be responsible for overseeing the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening processes and controls, and providing financial information to support business decisions.Responsibilities: Oversee the day to day accounting and financial operationsLead month end and year end close processes and ensure timely financial reportingPrepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reportsDevelop and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting proceduresProvide financial analysis and insight to support business decisionsWork closely with leadership and operational teams to monitor financial performanceQualifications:



CPA designation5+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong working knowledge of GST, Canadian payroll and year-endAdvanced Excel.
