Tech Systems seeks a technician responsible for assigned-area service calls and system restoration. The work covers access control, video security, intrusion, alarm, infant protection, and intercom systems. You will read blueprints, interpret schematics, and update service tracking records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to service calls within guaranteed response times
- Install systems according to Tech Systems Installation Standards
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections according to policy
- Identify manufacturer revisions and complete system upgrades independently




- Communicate task progress and resolutions to Customer Service Representatives

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of commercial security installation or service experience
- Networking skills and one year programming access and video systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Factory or internal security system certifications
