Ledcor Technical Services delivers wireline and wireless network construction, maintenance, and service installation across North America and beyond. In this experienced position, you will plan aerial activities, assign crew work, and mentor new team members. Your responsibilities include strand installation, cable pulling, lashing, material tracking, and interpreting construction documents while meeting quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily aerial construction activities
- Coordinate logistics and assign work to crews

Requirements:
- Five or more years directly related experience
- Technical training or certification in a related trade
- Robust communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
- Ability to work independently or within a team
