Forbes Bros. Group of Companies is seeking a Safety Coordinator for transmission and distribution line projects. The position supports crews, supervisors, and project leadership through hazard identification, safety coaching, investigations, and corrective actions. You will work in office under a project rotation, travel throughout Ontario, and help meet company, client, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain visible field presence with workers and supervisors
- Identify hazards and assess risks in changing conditions
- Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks
- Assist injury, incident, and near-miss investigations




- Support claims, return-to-work initiatives, and safety training

Requirements:

- Three years’ safety experience in utilities, civil construction, or EPC
- Education in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline
- Ability to build effective field and office relationships
- Current First Aid/CPR, WHMIS 2015, and Working at Heights certifications
- Ability to obtain required certifications and travel regularly
