As a Retail Store Coordinator, you will lead and inspire Associates while supporting customer experiences. The position covers visual merchandising, back room operations, merchandise processing, and service policies. You will also help align teams, prioritize tasks, and develop Associates through training.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive operational excellence across visual merchandising and merchandise processing
Maintain customer service and store operation standards
Provide updates and ensure team alignment

Requirements:
One to two years of retail or service experience
