This Workforce Planning Coordinator supports the department manager across scheduling, assignments, work orders, and employee communications. The position maintains workforce records, reviews timesheets and labor allocations, and analyzes operational data. It also helps protect reporting accuracy and data integrity across Field Controls operations.

Schedule field personnel according to work orders and project requirements

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in business, operations, analytics, or related field
Three to five years in scheduling, coordination, administration, or analysis
Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities
