As Store Manager, you will lead a retail team and manage daily store operations. You will hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop employees while setting explicit expectations. The position also covers sales, KPIs, labour, inventory, compliance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop an engaged store team
Own sales, KPIs, profitability, and business performance
Manage scheduling, payroll, expenses, inventory, and cash controls
Deliver knowledgeable, welcoming, consistent customer experiences
Maintain cannabis compliance, safety, and operational standards





Requirements:
Three or more years of retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
One to two or more years of leadership preferred
Experience managing teams and day-to-day retail operations
Solid communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Adaptable evenings and weekends; certification, screening, standing, and lifting required
