Shape digital storytelling for young adults through social media, short-form video, and Scripture-focused content at the Canadian Bible Society.

The NextGen Content Specialist owns CBS’s NextGen content ecosystem and supports its NextGen Strategy. You will create, curate, edit, and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, the NextGen Hub, and other digital channels. The work includes developing content calendars, coordinating video production, cultivating ministry partnerships, and using analytics to improve engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop integrated NextGen content calendars and social strategies
Create captions, scripts, devotionals, graphics, and short-form videos
Coordinate filming, production schedules, participants, and creative partners




Publish and organize youth-friendly NextGen Hub resources
Monitor performance metrics and recommend content improvements

Requirements:
Degree, diploma, or equivalent practical communications experience
One to four years in content, social media, or digital media
Robust writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills
Experience with digital platforms and short-form video
Knowledge of SEO, publishing workflows, analytics, and creative tools
