Lead enterprise process optimization and intelligent automation at Trulioo, using Lean, process redesign, and automation technologies in Vancouver’s hybrid model. As a hands-on Continuous Improvement and Automation Manager, you will work within Trulioo’s Transformation Office. The position combines operational excellence, workflow redesign, automation strategy, and AI-enabled delivery. You will partner with business leaders, architects, and engineering teams to create ROI-driven business cases and measurable operational impact. Key Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise-wide improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies Map processes across Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering Redesign workflows to improve cycle time, quality, cost, and compliance Prioritize automation roadmaps using ROI, risk,



and scalability Oversee automation and AI-enabled solutions through deployment Requirements:

Eight to ten-plus years in improvement, automation, or transformation Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Celonis, or Power Automate Familiarity with AI-driven automation technologies Robust process mapping, root cause analysis, and financial acumen Understanding of SDLC and automation lifecycle practices Shape scalable operations at Trulioo through process redesign, automation strategy, AI delivery, and measurable performance improvement.
