CONNECT is hiring Casual Life Redesign Coaches to help individuals build meaningful, independent, and connected lives. Using a “doing with” approach, you will support goals, strengths, daily participation, and community connection. This relationship-focused position includes personal care, household tasks, wellness, transportation, and appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build respectful relationships with individuals and their support networks
- Support goals, strengths, encouragement, and emotional wellbeing
- Assist hygiene, grooming, dressing, meals, and mobility




- Administer medications and attend appointments
- Support community activities, relationships, and transportation

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, adaptable, and flexible approach
- Team-oriented attitude and problem-solving mindset
- First Aid, CPR, and Food Protected certificates
- Valid driver’s license and driver’s abstract
