As a Member Services Representative, you will manage daily branch services while explaining products and answering general questions. Responsibilities include account origination, cash box management, transaction processing, records, and coordination with other departments. You will follow Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve members courteously through every available service channel
- Balance vaults, automated teller machines, dispensers, and coin sorters
- Evaluate mobile and automated teller machine check deposits
- Prepare cash deliveries, shipments, records,



and daily documents
- Operate drive-through windows and answer member service calls

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to develop member confidence, respect, and trust
- Active listening and strong communication abilities
- Excellent balancing record without recent gross violations or exceptions
- Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory
