The position includes resident or patient assessment, care planning, staff oversight, and nursing direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor residents and patients alongside care assessments
- Implement and evaluate resident or patient care plans
- Evaluate nursing and personal care staff performance




- Conduct performance appraisals and refer concerns appropriately
- Direct nursing services when the Director of Care is absent
