You will use cooking expertise, leadership, and attention to detail to create high-quality dishes and support excellent resident service. Collaboration with the Executive Director, National Director, Regional Culinary Managers, and residents will translate culinary visions into practical plans. The role also includes team mentoring, compliance assurance, financial oversight, relationship cultivation, and culinary innovation.
