Daily work includes medication administration, treatment delivery, assessments, RAPS, care plans, and preventative health education. The successful candidate also documents concerns and supports unregulated care workers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote resident wellness and preventative health education
- Emphasize adaptation, abilities, self-care, and self-sufficiency
- Complete required assessments, RAPS, and care plans
- Document and escalate concerns to the Registered Nurse
- Provide guidance, direction, training, and education

Requirements:

- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Current Medication Administration certification
- Minimum one year of relevant RPN experience
- Post-graduate geriatrics or nursing administration studies are an asset
