Support recreational sports players as a Player Support Associate with JAM, combining customer care, registration guidance, and league knowledge. Work hybrid in this full-time role.

This position suits someone with at least one year of customer service or customer experience experience, ideally in sports, recreation, hospitality, or events. You will engage with players before, during, and after games while supporting registrations, incidents, equipment, staff needs, and events. Your work helps strengthen player relationships and the JAM brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage players before, during, and after games
- Visit evening leagues during your first three months
- Help individuals and captains register for programs
- Manage injuries, discipline, rosters,



and game concerns
- Support equipment, staff needs, and end-of-league events

Requirements:

- One-plus year customer service or customer experience background
- Sports, recreation, hospitality, or events experience preferred
- Knowledge of sports rules or adult leagues is an asset
- Upbeat, positive approach to player conversations
- Robust attention to detail and quick learning ability
