This temporary full time Sample Reception Technician assignment supports the Laboratory Services Division’s specialized testing services. You will record submission details, confirm testing requirements, and maintain appropriate sample storage. The position also provides front-line communication with clients and guidance to laboratory technicians and students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record sample and testing requirements accurately
- Enter client and sample information into LIMS
- Ensure appropriate storage before testing
- Handle boxes, bags, coolers, samples, and supplies




- Answer telephone and in-person client inquiries

Requirements:

- One-year Laboratory Technician diploma plus related experience, or equivalent
