Train and teach educators for Think Academy US Online ELA from the downtown Toronto office, combining teacher development with live instruction.

This full-time position supports new teachers from candidate assessment through first-class readiness. Alongside live elementary Reading, Speaking, and Writing lessons, you will support onboarding, observe classes, provide practical feedback, and share best practices. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Clear, natural spoken and written English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Teaching, tutoring, or teaching assistant experience strongly preferred
- Robust ownership of student and family experience
- Comfort working on-site Tuesday through Saturday
