As a Legal Researcher, you will help answer regulatory, consumer protection, and product questions. You will work closely with Legal Counsel while partnering across Jerry.ai. Your responsibilities include drafting agreements, checking compliance with state insurance, finance, and data privacy laws, and managing required licenses. You will also convert findings into decisions and policies that help manage legal and business risk.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review contracts for insurance, finance, and privacy compliance
- Manage licenses required for Jerry.ai product offerings
- Turn legal findings into business recommendations




- Translate legal requirements into product decisions
- Create company-wide compliance training from recurring issues

Requirements:

- JD or LLM and solid academic performance
- Coursework, clinic, internship, or work with contracts
- Strong legal research and writing ability
- Ability to explain complex analysis clearly
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
