You will provide professional, empathetic customer service and administrative support to income-qualified participants. Your responsibilities span eligibility verification, customer follow-ups, contractor coordination, data accuracy, and internal reporting. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist participants through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Explain program information clearly to diverse audiences




- Coordinate appointments with contractors and internal teams
- Verify applications, eligibility, and customer information
- Update records and complete required documentation

Requirements:

- One to three years of customer service experience
- Experience managing high-volume phone-based customer interactions
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
