As Manager, Lifecycle Marketing and Personalization, you will develop targeted programs spanning segmentation, journey management, lead generation, and retention. You will partner with Marketing Communications, Sales & Distribution, Product, Analytics, and Technology teams. The work advances scalable lifecycle capabilities through data-driven optimization and marketing technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop lifecycle marketing programs across broker and customer journey stages
Design audience segmentation and customer journey frameworks
Execute targeted programs supporting lead generation, retention, and growth
Establish KPIs, analyze performance,



and conduct testing
Translate marketing requirements into journey and campaign business requirements

Requirements:
University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Five to eight years of progressive relevant experience
Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign and automation experience
Experience optimizing customer or broker journeys
Robust analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
