This full time winter seasonal 2026/2027 position serves guests through accurate fitting, product knowledge, and effective communication. The Experienced Bootfitter works independently with extensive boot fitting experience, training, or certification. You will identify riding ability, understand foot measurements, place guests in demo equipment, and support sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist guests with boot selection, fit, stance, balance, and alignment
Perform boot work and create custom foot beds
Identify riding ability and measure foot length, width, and shape
Explain products,



build confidence, and promote point-of-sale purchases
Support, train, and provide feedback to other employees

Requirements:
Relevant work experience within the ski industry
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Boot fitter certification preferred
English fluency and excellent customer service skills
Basic computer skills and average math skills
