Key Responsibilities:
Lead secure shop operations and model company safety practices
Provide technical direction and support to shop workers
Plan and schedule jobs with service administrators
Complete failure analysis, documentation,



and quality measurements
Mentor associates in mechanical repair skills

Requirements:
Alberta Journeyman Millwright or Red Seal certification preferred
IFPS certification preferred
Robust rotating equipment maintenance and repair experience
Robust hydraulic equipment maintenance and repair experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP software
