Build CFO relationships and sell senior finance talent with Clarity Recruitment in Toronto or Oakville through a hybrid, full time schedule.

As Engagement Manager, you will grow Clarity’s Project & Interim division for Finance & Accounting. You will develop business, consult with clients through growth and transformation, and sell project and interim talent. The work combines B2B sales, recruitment, discovery, negotiation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
Build client portfolios through outreach, networking, referrals, and social selling
Develop lasting relationships with CFOs and senior finance leaders
Run structured discovery covering business problems, timelines, budgets, and success
Sell interim finance talent from controllers through CFOs
Own prospecting,



negotiation, closing, and post-placement client engagement

Requirements:
Three to five years of B2B sales or recruitment experience
Recruitment or staffing services sales experience strongly preferred
Finance recruitment or finance-leader sales experience preferred
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales or revenue targets
Robust negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

Use commercial judgment, trusted relationships, and finance recruitment expertise to grow Clarity’s Project & Interim business.
