The Property Administrator supports commercial and retail properties through accurate financial administration and tenant communication. Responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, service contracts, rent rolls, recoveries, budgets, and vendor coordination. The role works with property accountants, leasing, legal, property management, suppliers, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve purchase orders and invoices
Manage supplier payments and accounts payable issues
Monitor service contracts and vendor performance
Prepare tenant billings,



statements, and notices
Assist with budgets, forecasts, and expense variances

Requirements:
College completion in accounting or related field
Three to five years commercial or retail property administration experience
Experience with Yardi Property Management Software
Proficiency in accounting, A/P, A/R, and financial management
Robust Excel, MS Office, organizational, and communication skills
