The Personal Support Worker supports residents according to their care plans and helps maintain a protected, secure environment. The position includes monitoring care, documenting information, attending education sessions, and following IPAC policies. It also supports directed onboarding activities for current staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide resident care according to established care plans
Observe residents and report findings to supervisors

Requirements:
Graduate of a Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma program
Meet Ministry of Training vocational standards
