Requirements:
Distinct visual voice demonstrated through your portfolio
Experience spanning brand identity, campaigns, and shipped app UI
Hands-on daily Figma practice creating files yourself
Personal work in illustration, art, type, photography, or side projects
Comfort defending design opinions under direct feedback
