Reporting to the Manager, Senior Counsel, Commercial, you will support customer agreements, procurement, partnerships, and product teams. The role suits a commercial transactional lawyer with three to five years of practice. You will advise on privacy, AI-related legal issues, and product terms while helping deals close efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs, NDAs, and SOWs
Review procurement agreements across diverse vendor categories
Negotiate partnership, reseller, and distributor agreements
Advise on product terms, privacy, and data protection




Build playbooks, templates, and legal workflows using AI tools

Requirements:
Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree
Canadian provincial or US state bar membership in positive standing
Three to five years’ commercial transactional practice
Working knowledge of privacy laws, including GDPR
Robust drafting, negotiation, and plain-language advisory skills
