As a Principal Geotechnical Engineer, you will expand WSP’s foundation engineering presence across Saskatchewan. The work combines project leadership, client relationships, business development, and mentoring. You will provide senior direction across transportation, buildings, industrial, mining, energy, and municipal projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex geotechnical and foundation engineering projects across Saskatchewan
Develop strategic client relationships and identify recent business prospects
Execute market growth strategies for Saskatchewan’s foundations sector




Mentor engineers and technical professionals while building local capability
Provide technical leadership for foundations, retention, improvement, and investigations

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geological Engineering
Skilled Engineer designation and eligibility for APEGS registration
15+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience
Experience developing clients and growing consulting practices
Expertise in foundations, settlement, bearing capacity, and investigations
