Key Responsibilities:
Support strategic management and expansion of the National SR&ED; practice
Serve as primary CRA liaison for SR&ED; audits
Guide teams on SR&ED; policy and administration
Manage, review, and finalize detailed client engagement summaries
Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members

Requirements:
CPA designation
Minimum eight years in an SR&ED; consulting workplace
Previous coaching and mentoring experience
Proficiency with Excel, Taxprep, and Profile software
Excellent written, verbal, client service, and interpersonal skills
