They are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Operations Administrator to support day-to-day office operations and manage full-cycle bookkeeping for a project-based engineering/construction workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP, AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and payroll.
- Perform project/job costing and monitor budgets and profitability.
- Prepare HST, WSIB, payroll, and other CRA-related filings.
- Manage QuickBooks Desktop and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide administrative support including purchase orders, contracts, scheduling, correspondence, and client/vendor communication.




- Prepare financial reports and year-end working papers; liaise with external accountants.
- Support management with budgeting, cash flow, and operational matters. Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- Strong QuickBooks Desktop and Excel skills.
- Experience with project/job costing, construction, engineering, or contracting is an asset.
- Knowledge of HST, WSIB, payroll, and CRA requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
