- M&A; & Strategic Transactions: Serve as the lead technical expert on acquisitions and deal structuring, managing purchase price allocation and transaction accounting implications.
- Policy & IFRS Excellence: Direct enterprise accounting policies, analyze evolving IFRS standards, and lead seamless standard implementations across business units.




- Technical Rigor & Disclosures: Author robust, audit-ready position papers, oversee annual goodwill and intangible asset impairment evaluations, and partner on complex financial disclosures.
