Cryopak is seeking a Business Analyst & Planning Lead to support and optimize planning activities related to MRP, materials management, and production scheduling. This role combines analytical expertise with hands-on planning responsibilities and leadership in training and developing new team members. You will ensure accurate material availability, productive production scheduling, and continuous improvement of planning processes across the organization. **

Key Responsibilities

* Business Analysis
- Analyze and document business processes related to MRP, inventory, production scheduling, and supply chain operations.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to workflows and ERP/MRP configurations.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support planning accuracy and operational performance.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for shortages, delays, and planning variances.
- Translate operational needs into actionable system or process changes. MRP, Materials Planning & Scheduling
- Lead daily and long-term planning activities using ERP/MRP systems.
- Maintain planning parameters (lead times, safety stock, reorder points, BOM accuracy).
- Coordinate material availability to support production and customer demand.




- Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with capacity and priorities.
- Monitor and resolve planning exceptions, shortages, and supply risks.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and engineering teams.
- Analyze demand trends, inventory levels, and supply chain risks. Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis within manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of MRP systems, materials planning, and production scheduling.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Bilingual (English & French) — required due to collaboration with Quebec and France teams. **Competencies*
