Carlisle Companies is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the site team and manufacturing operations around safety, quality, delivery and cost. You will drive continuous improvement, operate 24x7 facilities, and act as a liaison with R&D;, engineering, and logistics to meet KPI targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, with travel up to 15% for site support.
