As Staff Product Manager, Fintech Recent Bets, you will own product direction across insurance, consumer financing, spend management, and business banking. You will turn loosely defined prospects into customer-tested products with revenue accountability. Success requires solid product judgment, commercial rigor, and influence across complex domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Frame customer problems and run lean validation experiments
Evaluate build, buy, and partner decisions across fintech providers
Define MVPs, sequence roadmaps, and scale financial products
Partner with Design, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Legal
Use adoption, economics, and risk insights to guide investment
Requirements:
Extensive product management experience taking products from concept to launch
Staff or principal-level experience influencing without authority
Deep familiarity with cards, banking, insurance, or lending
Experience launching financial products with revenue accountability
Ability to connect customer insight with business strategy
