This mid-level, full time superintendent assignment supports Eastern Canada District transportation and infrastructure projects. You will organize work methods, manage Foremen and craft workers, maintain client relationships, and uphold drawings, specifications, and workmanship. Travel includes project sites and fly-in/fly-out rotations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Foremen, laborers, and craft workers
Organize work methods, assignments, schedules, and cost control
Manage contract administration and client meetings
Review change orders and monthly job cost updates




Mentor Junior Superintendents and complete project turnover plans

Requirements:
Seven-plus years of construction experience
Three-plus years in superintendent or leadership capacity
Infrastructure project experience preferred
Robust leadership, safety, negotiation, planning, and contract administration experience
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
