The Store Leader is central to the store leadership team, working with an Assistant to execute merchandising and marketing initiatives. You will drive profitability, develop store employees, and ensure customers receive excellent service. Training programs support learning the business and building management capability.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee customer service leadership across store employees
Train, coach, and develop store team members
Implement merchandising and marketing programs

Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient computer knowledge, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
High School diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver's license and automotive liability insurance
