This senior Scientific Research & Development role focuses on determining three-dimensional structures of proteins and protein-ligand complexes. You will oversee protein expression, purification, crystallization, synchrotron data collection, structure solution, and refinement. The position also includes interpreting protein function, mechanisms, and drug interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee X-ray crystallographic structure determination for proteins and complexes
Optimize protein expression, purification, and crystallization protocols
Collect diffraction data at national and international synchrotrons




Solve and refine complex structures using crystallographic software

Requirements:
Ph.D. in structural biology, biochemistry, biophysics, chemistry, or related field
Minimum 10 years of post-doctoral or industry X-ray crystallography experience

Proficiency with PHENIX, CCP4, Rosetta, or comparable software packages
