Prodomax Automation Ltd. seeks a Director of Sales to align sales leadership with growth objectives. The role oversees key account strategy, complex chance qualification, revenue ownership, and market diversification. Success requires knowledge of robotics, welding and assembly automation, plus executive-level customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic key account management across industry segments
Develop three-to-five-year sales growth strategies
Coach Account Managers and Business Development Managers
Forecast sales and present monthly executive reports




Lead negotiations for large-scale automation projects

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
Minimum 15 years’ progressive sales and business development experience
At least 10 years’ sales management or executive leadership experience
Proven success selling complex, multi-million-dollar custom production systems
Solid knowledge of robotics, resistance welding, arc welding, and laser processing
